Graphic designer turned cake designer, Nikki Albertyn is aiming to bake the world a better place one creation at a time. The first-time entrepreneur started her business on the side, going full-time in September 2016. Each and every LionHeart cake is made with a dash of creative consideration, a sprinkling of precision and mixing bowls full of love, resulting in an artwork that inspires the imagination. From every cake that leaves the kitchen to each beautiful Instagram post, the 27 year old idealist dreams of injecting positivity and delight into each and every day through what she does.
