Mokgadi Itsweng

Over the past 15 years Mokgadi has established a solid reputation in the food and restaurant industries in South Africa. She has worked as a chef for Woolworths as well as a partner in Lotsha, a restaurant in Rosebank, Johannesburg that specialised in contemporary African cuisine. When it closed she continued its brand by producing and marketing the Lotsha range of sauces, relishes and spice mixes. She also helped many a True Love magazine reader tackle their culinary concerns as food editor.
